Shipping Policy

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business daysof confirmation, depending on your location and item availability. You'll be contacted if any item in your order requires additional time.

• Free delivery on orders over PKR 5,000
• A flat delivery fee of PKR 350 applies to orders under PKR 5,000
• The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible to make handover quicker for our delivery partner.

After placing an order, you'll receive an order number for reference. Keep this number handy if you need to contact us about your delivery.

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to reschedule. Please make sure the phone number and address provided at checkout are correct and reachable to avoid delays.
