By accessing or using Cars Affairs's website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

• All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate
• In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method — you pay in cash when your order is delivered. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery details you provide are accurate and that you (or an authorised person) will be available to receive and pay for the order.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy instead.

Part listings include compatibility information where available, but it remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment for their specific vehicle make, model, and year before ordering, or to consult a qualified mechanic where unsure.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our store, beyond the value of the order itself, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
